Blue on White. I really liked the public/traffic signage I saw in Stockholm. It’s so different than here in the states. I really liked the blue that the street signs were printed with in Stockholm.

September Issue. If you happen to see a September issue floating around out there, my Kabegami and Slime Walls wallpapers were both featured in an article in it. I just got my hands on a copy this week.

Group Show. I’m really excited that three of my new Kokeshi Head Spin are in this group show in Tokyo this coming weekend. If you are in Tokyo from September 19th – 26th you can check them out at Nakaochiai Gallery. The gallery is in a really great part of Shinjuku that is just one stop past the main Shinjuku station.

Tops. Here they are, my Kokeshi Head Spin. While I was making some of my Kokeshi I’d been looking at the head shapes and thinking it would be cool if some of them could spin. And sure enough they do and they spin really great too. I made these in a small run of 5 each. Check back in mid October for the update to the store when I’ll have these up on there.
